Clearing out some mess

It was about time I'd look up at our draft with our random brain vomit on it and clarify a few things. This should help us a lot. I'm going to be super quick on this one, since there's a bunch of stuff we haven't discussed yet.

As I said before, Roxie is in a post apocalyptic environment, captured by the Outcasts - which is actually the superior tribe in this world. The game will begin with a spirit guide we'd like to implement as a raven, which will tell our fair lady to wake up and that she ain't dead. This raven will help with the tutorials and will appear whenever the player needs clarifications ingame.
Long story short, this raven is gonna be a hell of a carry for Roxie. It will reveal her all the things she needs to know. So, shortly after the raven will tell Roxie that she needs to get to the final boss, but in order to find it, she needs to get deeper to the stronghold.
So we are making levels. We will call each different level "arena". First level is your first arena etc. At the end of each arena you will be able to purchase upgrades and/or weapons. So the main point here is; the Outcasts might have captured you, but you will be released if you win all of the arenas. These tribesmen don't give a single damn for the guys you're fighting - they just accept you everytime at the arenas.

To sum up;

*You win an arena, you get X gold.
*You lose an arena, you get 1/X gold, so as not to feel you've done nothing at all.

And what about the upgrades huh? There's a guy, a random guy who looks like a mix of a hobo and a shaman, who is just left out with all of his merchandise available to everyone. The Outcasts don't give a damn about him either, so he just controls the market (in my head, the "market" looks like a flea one), and he only looks for profit and buyers.

These for now. We have lots of stuff to discuss. Just imagine that our prime idea was a gladiator fighting endlessly and with no purpose in a colosseum, and now we've reached our beloved Roxie fighting tribesmen in arenas.

I'm excited. Hoorah.
